Message from founder Brad Brown

In 1985, two young stained glass craftsmen, Al Priest and Brad Brown formed a new stained glass studio, Salem Stained Glass. Over 35 years, this unassuming start-up evolved into a nationally recognized member of the stained glass community.

Over the years, the level of design and workmanship steadily rose and advanced. Our portfolio of clients now includes a vast collection of churches, homeowners, contractors, architects and designers, as well as other stained glass artists and studios with whom we have collaborated.

Salem Stained Glass has established a reputation, not only for creating new works of beauty, but also for restoring treasured, older church stained glass windows. We help our clients understand and engage in the stewardship necessary to maintain the integrity, value, and charm of their windows.

In 2025, Salem Stained Glass will turn forty. We remain enthusiastic about our future and the projects and challenges yet to come.
